Shipping policy

Thank you for shopping with Vindulge! Below, you’ll find important information about our shipping policies for our products.

Order Processing

  • Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Saturday, excluding holidays). Orders on Sunday are processed the next business day.
  • Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping Methods and Rates

  • We offer a variety of shipping options to suit your needs, including standard and expedited shipping. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
  • At this time, we only ship goods to addresses within the continental United States, Alaska, and Hawaii. 

Shipping BBQ Sauce and Perishable Items

  • To ensure the quality and freshness of our BBQ sauce, we take special care when packaging and shipping these products.
  • We reserve the right to delay shipping during periods of extreme weather or adverse conditions that could compromise the integrity of perishable goods. In such cases, we will notify you of the delay and provide updates on the expected shipping timeline.

Cookbook Shipping

  • Our cookbooks are non-perishable and will ship according to the selected shipping method. If you elect economy shipping that will ship via USPS media mail and can take 5 - 8 days depending on where you live.

Damaged or Lost Shipments

  • If your order arrives damaged or is lost during transit, please contact our customer service team within 7 days of delivery at sean@vindulge.com with your order number and photos (if applicable). We’ll work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Returns and Refunds

  • Due to the nature of our perishable products, we do not accept returns for BBQ sauce. However, if there is an issue with your order, please reach out to our customer service team to discuss a resolution.
  • Cookbooks can be returned in unused, original condition within 30 days of purchase. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
