Her expertise in wine pairing adds a unique touch to every recipe, making each dish a celebration of flavor and finesse. She is also co-author of the upcoming cookbook Fire + Wine: Backyard Pizza coming April 1st 2025. Her work has been featured in Wine Enthusiast, Palate Press, and Huffington Post.

Sean is a chef and seasoned pitmaster and outdoor cooking expert who loves experimenting with new techniques and bold flavors.
